Meet Our Founder
Chris McAllister, Licensed Broker & Real Estate Consultant
Chris was first licensed as a real estate broker in Ohio in 2003 and Florida in 2015. He founded ROOST Real Estate Co. in early 2014.
He is the author of several books on the real estate profession including, Eight Success Habits Of The NEW Real Estate Professional and The Landlord Profitability Playbook.
Chris is also the host of the Connect Practice Track & Grow podcast for real estate professionals and The Landlord Profitability Playbook Podcast for residential real estate investors.

When we first launched ROOST Real Estate Co. in Springfield, Ohio in January of 2014, people would ask me “How did you come up with the name ROOST?” I would jokingly reply that “Zillow was already taken,” and to a huge degree that is true. Here is how it happened….
