Do you offer any training for new agents?
- Answer: All new agents are required to complete Buffini and Company’s 100 Days to Greatness program within their first 100 days with us. This training is foundational, accelerating their referral-based activities and maximizing the tools and resources available at ROOST.

- Answer: Beyond the initial training with Buffini and Company’s 100 Days to Greatness, ROOST supports ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and mentorship programs. We invest in our agents’ growth at every career stage, from new agents to experienced professionals looking to expand their expertise or move into new real estate sectors.
Does your brokerage provide office space for agents to work?
- Answer: Yes, each Agent Service Center offers ‘hot’ desks and common spaces equipped with Wi-Fi, printers, scanners, and coffee, ensuring a productive environment for our agents. All agent support is included in our fee structure at no additional cost.
Do you provide any lead generation?
- Answer: While we focus on a referral-based business model, we also understand the need for lead generation. We provide ongoing streams of leads through our partnership with Real Geeks at www.ROOSTRealEstateSearch.com, distributed to our agents for free in a round-robin fashion by geographic area.
What are the commission splits for new agents?
- Answer: Our commission structure for new agents begins with a 75/25 split on the first $72,000 in gross commissions earned annually. Beyond that, agents receive 90% of all additional commission dollars earned during the calendar year. Agents are responsible for their license fees, board dues, MLS fees, and E&O insurance.
